Neuromuscular Therapy

Also known as trigger point myotherapy, NMT consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on particular areas of muscle spasm. Therapy is conducted through soft tissue manipulation. NMT utilizes a different form of pressure to stimulate specific areas of skeletal muscle.

VibroAcoustical Liquid Sound Table

The table allows sound to permeate the cells of the body through vibrations helping to downshift the nervous system. Our bodies are 50-65% water, and water is able to better transmit sound and vibrations for a deeper healing response.

Spa Specialties Etiquette
Please note all services must be paid for at the time of booking. We do not issue refunds–account credits can be placed on your account for future use within our facility.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete your waiver, as well as receive your locker.
Please be aware of our Whisper Policy. Anything above a whisper is too loud. Our facility is a contemplative place for meditation and ease.
Please note our Signature Services include the Urban Sweat 4hr Experience. Please bring cotton clothes to sweat In, a large towel, and a non-glass refillable water bottle.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be provided at time of booking to reserve your appointment, service, workshop or class. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, services, workshops, and classes. 24-hours’ notice must be provided when canceling to receive a Raffa account credit. There is a 100% charge if cancellation notice is given with less than 24-hours’ notice.
