What You Need to Know BEFORE Booking
Cancellation Policy

To secure your therapeutic service or Urban Sweat Experience, payment is due at the time of booking. We ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of therapeutic services and 4-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling for Urban Sweat appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame or missing a scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for the service, with no option for a credit to Raffa account or rescheduling.
