Sarah’s appreciation for massage therapy comes from years of running road races and playing countless sports. She believes if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and in art therapy, she has always sought after helping people become more aware of what they are capable of in both psychical and mental dimensions. After working in the psychology field for 10 years, Sarah decided to change gears and attend Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2020 where she hoped to continue helping people make the important connection between their mind and their body. Sarah incorporates varying massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue and stretching, and will customize your treatment based on your wants and needs. In addition, she is a registered yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for almost 15 years.
