Biography

Raffa is a special place. Before I was a massage therapist, I came here as a client. It is nice coming full circle. Massage therapy here enhances and is enhanced by all the other offerings. It is a holistic experience. I am a conduit. At its best, massage allows the body to marshal resources to heal itself. The client and therapist together become a channel through which tension and stuck things can flow and release. My favorite room in Urban Sweat is the Salt Grotto. Everything on the Real Raffa Food menu looks great!
